Job Summary
Managing client relationships for B2C Local accounts, the full-time Account Manager will drive marketing strategies, enhance revenue growth, and maintain communication with clients in the home services industry while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects and initiatives to meet client needs
- Own and develop marketing strategies across various channels, providing recommendations and coordinating execution with fulfillment teams
- Continuously communicate value to clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing client accounts in the digital marketing space, with agency experience required
- Experience managing $10k+ monthly multi-channel SMB to Enterprise client accounts
- 1+ years of experience in a B2C local industry, preferably in home services (HVAC, roofing, restoration)
- 1+ years of CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, Service Titan) and familiarity with project management software (Asana)
- Hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools
