Job Summary

Self-driven and growth-minded, the full-time Account Manager will manage a portfolio of small business clients in Dublin, guiding them in optimizing the use of Rippling's HR products while focusing on customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively engage customers through key lifecycle events such as go-live and contract renewals
  • Consult with clients to assess their HR, IT, and Finance needs using a solutions-based approach
  • Build and manage a pipeline for subscription cross-sales, product upgrades, and contract renewals to meet monthly targets
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of SaaS experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in conducting consultative discovery and demo meetings
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through on projects
