Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of accounts, the full-time Account Manager will manage day-to-day client communications, drive retention and growth, and serve as a trusted advisor in a fully remote role focused on the fintech and cryptocurrency industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of existing accounts, managing communications through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction through regular check-ins and performance updates
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing contract renewals and retention strategies effectively
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing relationship role, preferably B2B
- Proven track record of successfully retaining a book of business and managing contract renewals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
