Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Utilize sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients while maintaining positive business relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective prospect strategies and presentations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles in the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience or education in Software Engineering or IT-related fields is a plus
