Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time Account Manager will manage the post-sale lifecycle, focusing on renewals, expansions, and building relationships with high-value customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the post-sale lifecycle, including quarterly business reviews, renewals, and expansions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive net revenue retention above 120%
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption and retention goals are met
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and renewal targets on enterprise accounts
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS platforms, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
