Job Summary

Owning and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time Account Manager will manage the post-sale lifecycle, ensuring customer success through renewals, expansions, and strategic relationship building while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, including quarterly business reviews, renewals, and expansions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue retention targets
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption and health scores meet retention goals
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and renewal targets on enterprise accounts
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging with VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
