Job Summary
Managing an 8-figure portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships, ensuring renewals and identifying growth opportunities in the AI trust and security sector.
Key responsibilities
- Own the commercial lifecycle of enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while aligning with customers' long-term visions
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholder levels within Operations, Security, and Engineering departments
- Identify and pitch expansion opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging subject-matter expertise to maximize value
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Sales, specifically managing 8-figure accounts
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or significant experience with highly technical products (AI, Cyber, or Infrastructure)
- Experience in startup environments with a builder mindset
- Familiarity with malware, cyber risks, mobile security, or AI Safety is a significant advantage
