Job Summary

Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, the full-time Account Manager will execute operational strategies and facilitate client meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers to enhance customer experience and retention
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient and effective customer service and benefit solutions
  • Facilitates client meetings, providing updates and advising on the implementation of new benefit changes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related area, or equivalent experience required
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or the healthcare industry
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in critical thinking, prioritization, and relationship building
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
