Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and self-directed Account Manager, this fully remote role will manage a portfolio of over 600 existing customers while driving revenue growth and retention across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Channel Partner segments in Australia.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead customer and partner engagement strategy to enhance relationships and drive satisfaction
  • Collaborate with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer to orchestrate complex deals and ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Monitor and report on revenue growth and retention metrics while managing a pipeline of active leads
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management or customer success roles, particularly in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex sales processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
