Job Summary

Data-driven and results-oriented, the full-time remote Account Manager will optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry, focusing on revenue growth and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth
  • Track and optimize key KPIs, including lead to sales conversion rate and policy sales CPA
  • Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation
  • Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment
  • Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking
  • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple accounts and projects
