Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Account Manager will manage relationships with critical business partners, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues for assigned accounts while ensuring accurate reporting and transactional data management.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
  • Service assigned accounts efficiently while providing high-quality customer experience and support
  • Resolve and deescalate issues for assigned accounts, escalating critical matters as necessary
Required qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Database management experience is preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
