Job Summary

To maintain client accounts and serve as the main point of contact, the full-time Account Manager will develop long-term relationships with clients, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions in a remote role supporting the Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei region.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs, resolving issues efficiently
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention while preparing and presenting sales proposals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
