Job Summary
Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic retail and e-commerce merchant partners, the full-time Account Manager will support merchant onboarding, account growth initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance merchant performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with retail and e-commerce merchant partners to ensure successful onboarding and account growth
- Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for merchant expansion and engagement
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and operational updates while tracking account activity in CRM
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success
- Experience managing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders in mid-market or enterprise-level accounts
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital retail ecosystems
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
