Job Summary

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, the full-time Account Manager will manage a portfolio of influencer marketing clients, ensuring campaign success and measurable ROI while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee influencer campaign delivery, managing budgets and ensuring alignment with KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media
  • Proven success as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations aligned with client business goals
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple accounts
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
  • Expertise with influencer or marketing platforms, particularly the Later Influence platform
