Job Summary
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, the full-time Account Manager will manage a portfolio of influencer marketing clients, ensuring campaign success and measurable ROI while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Oversee influencer campaign delivery, managing budgets and ensuring alignment with KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media
- Proven success as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations aligned with client business goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple accounts
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
- Expertise with influencer or marketing platforms, particularly the Later Influence platform
