Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the remote Account Manager will drive customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction by serving as a trusted advisor on global payroll, EOR, and HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and build strong long-term relationships to drive retention
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing churn risk proactively
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to maximize value from the platform
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
- Experience in SaaS, HCM, payroll, EOR, PEO, or HR technology strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing and growing B2B client relationships
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Familiarity with payroll, global employment, or HR tech platforms is a plus
