Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and market research.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities and upselling prospects
- Utilize sales tools to contact leads, convert them into clients, and maintain positive business relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for client engagement and revenue growth
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in software engineering or a related IT degree is a plus
