Job Summary
Owning and growing a portfolio of event organizer partnerships, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for partners, manage data workflows, and deliver audience insights while working remotely from the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of event organizer partnerships, acting as a trusted adviser
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including research, live sessions, and follow-up education
- Prepare and deliver audience insight reports to organizers, identifying opportunities for renewals and expansions
Required qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in Account Management at B2B SaaS or growth-stage startups
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business, including renewals and expansions
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, dashboards, and reporting
- Familiarity with the events marketing landscape through experience or demonstrated understanding
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously
