Job Summary
Driving business expansion within key accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee the sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager and liaison between key customers and the company
- Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Identify revenue opportunities and facilitate strategies for account growth and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record as a Top Producer in quota-carrying roles
- Effective strategic communication skills with all levels of client organizations
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and virtual meeting software (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
