Job Summary
Driving the expansion of business within key accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage relationships, implement sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager and liaison between key customers and the company
- Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative, relationship-driven approach to expand account footprint
- Provide summaries to management regarding revenue opportunities, risks, and product feedback from top clients
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated achievement as a Top Producer in past quota-carrying roles
- Effective strategic communication skills with all levels of the client organization
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, virtual meeting software, and MS Office products
