Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day relationship between marketing teams and the studio, the remote Account Manager will oversee brief management, project tracking, and stakeholder communication while supporting a high-volume content production operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of active briefs from intake through delivery, ensuring projects are tracked and delivered to agreed SLAs
- Build strong relationships with marketing stakeholders, serving as a proactive day-to-day contact
- Partner with Integrated Project Managers to coordinate production milestones and manage dependencies for seamless delivery
Required qualifications:
- Experience in account management, client services, or project management within a creative or marketing environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Familiarity with project management or workflow systems such as OMG, Workfront, or Asana
- Understanding of creative production workflows in a multi-channel content environment
- Interest in or familiarity with higher education or healthcare marketing is a plus
