Job Summary

Managing a defined scouting and growth pipeline of high-potential Pre-Professional sellers, the full-time remote Account Manager will drive adoption, retention, and graduation into higher-value tiers while blending proactive outreach and data insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive proactive engagement to discover and manage a targeted portfolio of high-potential Pre-Professional sellers
  • Establish relationships with Pre-Professional sellers and guide them through their transition into the Professional tier
  • Track seller readiness, progress, and graduation outcomes through accurate CRM logging and data insights
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or portfolio growth roles
  • Demonstrated success driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth in a SaaS or marketplace
  • Experience with HubSpot, G Suite, Tableau, and Outlook
  • Validated ability to identify and cultivate emerging customer potential
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
