Job Summary
To support a growing mission-driven organization, the full-time remote Account Manager will deepen partnerships with district clients, manage renewal and expansion strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement best practices for securing contract renewals and expansions
- Manage the renewal and expansion pipeline while nurturing relationships across district stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations during the annual renewal process, ensuring alignment with funding sources and timelines
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of sales and/or account management experience within K-12 education
- Strong understanding of sales and renewal processes, including relationship building and pipeline management
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Exceptional communication skills across various settings and formats
