Job Summary

Supporting the growth of existing client accounts in European markets, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee promotional product sourcing, and ensure compliance with European brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve client marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
• Manage project timelines, costs, and logistics for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Develop strong vendor relationships for effective sourcing and quoting strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a project management role
• 5+ years of sales support experience in the promotional product industry
• Knowledge of European product testing and compliance regulations
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite
