Job Summary
Managing assigned partnerships and referral relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will drive account growth, enhance partner engagement, and oversee operational performance while collaborating with external organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic owner for assigned partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources
- Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies based on referral trends and performance data
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in business development or account management, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and productivity platforms like Google Suite
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies
