Job Summary
Managing communication for a targeted list of Workers' Compensation and Health Plan accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will provide day-to-day client support, facilitate implementation meetings, and lead regular performance reviews while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage communication and resolve issues for assigned client accounts, focusing on account growth and development
- Facilitate implementation meetings, configure client profiles, and coordinate go-live requirements
- Generate and distribute performance metrics while assisting with the sales pipeline and contract renewals
Required qualifications
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or related support roles
- Clinical experience (LPB, RN, or CPHT) is preferred
- Experience in Workers' Comp, Health Plan, or Managed Care environments is preferred
- Proficiency in navigating web-based systems effectively
