Job Summary

Driving client success remotely, the full-time Account Manager will manage renewals and expansion efforts, build strong client relationships, and exceed quotas for a Conversation Intelligence Platform in the higher education sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed renewal and expansion quotas while developing strategic retention and growth plans
  • Build pipeline through outbound activities and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement
  • Establish strong client relationships through outreach and quarterly reviews, ensuring clients feel supported and valued
Required qualifications
  • Proven success in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of exceeding renewal and expansion quotas
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset for improving processes
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and using data to drive decisions
  • Experience in higher education institutions is a plus but not required
