Job Summary
Experienced and self-directed, the full-time remote Account Manager will lead customer and partner engagement strategies, managing a portfolio of over 600 existing customers while driving revenue growth and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a robust portfolio of existing customers and a pipeline of active leads across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel Partner segments
- Collaborate with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer to influence stakeholders and orchestrate complex deals
- Drive customer outcomes and ensure retention while identifying opportunities for revenue growth
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and revenue growth initiatives
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex deals effectively
- Experience working with SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel Partner segments
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and customer events
