Job Summary
Managing client programs and projects remotely, the full-time Account Manager will oversee project execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and lead end-to-end project management
- Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and monitor project health
- Facilitate communication with clients and internal stakeholders while managing project scope changes and operational escalations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Services
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Experience with project management or workflow systems such as Airtable, Salesforce, or Jira
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus
