Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Account Manager will ensure exceptional service and support while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and building strong relationships
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Proactively manage daily account activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams on service upgrades and new business opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client success
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
