Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Account Manager will ensure exceptional service and support while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and building strong relationships
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Proactively manage daily account activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams on service upgrades and new business opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client success
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
