Job Summary

Proactively selling class management software, the full-time Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the youth activity industry, overseeing the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term success in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full customer journey for new accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Experience in the youth activity industry strongly preferred
  • Background in sales, account management, customer success, or onboarding in a SaaS or service-based environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer success
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Consultative mindset with a problem-solving approach rather than just closing deals
