Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time Account Manager will identify upselling opportunities, own the full sales cycle, and become a product expert while working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
  • Own the full sales cycle and manage the account pipeline while contributing to the team's pipeline
  • Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with SDR and CSM teams for a seamless customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company
  • Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
  • Ability for self-learning and independence
  • Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
