Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time Account Manager will identify upselling opportunities, own the full sales cycle, and collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
  • Own the full sales cycle by managing an account pipeline and contributing to team goals
  • Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities and influence product development based on customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding monthly quotas
  • Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to engage individuals at all organizational levels
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment
