Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time Account Manager will own the full sales cycle, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience while working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Manage a personal account pipeline and contribute to the team's pipeline as a quota-carrying position
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with SDR and CSM teams
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
- Energetic, positive, and motivated with strong customer relationship skills
- Ability for self-learning and independence in a high-pressure environment
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
