Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify upselling opportunities, manage a personal account pipeline, and collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities and influence product development based on customer needs
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding monthly quotas
- Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Energetic, positive, and motivated with a high degree of independence
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
