Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time Account Manager will identify upselling opportunities, own the full sales cycle, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience while working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Own the full sales cycle and manage an account pipeline while contributing to the team's pipeline
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with SDR and CSM teams
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
- Energetic, positive, and motivated personality
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels
