Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and retention, the full-time Account Manager will develop and close growth opportunities within the existing customer base while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified meetings and collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing on warm leads
- Demonstrate the value of additional PerformYard products during customer meetings and manage an active sales pipeline
- Build strong relationships with current customers to identify upsell opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
- At least 1+ year in a quota-carrying account management role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing customer upsell opportunities and negotiating contract details
- Strong internal and external communication skills with the ability to present multiple products seamlessly
