Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day relationship between marketing teams and the studio, the remote Account Manager will oversee brief management, project tracking, and stakeholder communication while supporting a high-volume content production operation.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of active briefs from intake through delivery, ensuring projects are tracked and delivered on time
  • Build strong relationships with marketing stakeholders, serving as a knowledgeable and proactive contact
  • Coordinate with Integrated Project Managers to ensure production milestones are met and manage dependencies across locations
Required qualifications
  • Experience in account management, client services, or project management within a creative or marketing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively
  • Familiarity with project management or workflow systems such as OMG, Workfront, or Asana
  • Understanding of creative production workflows in a multi-channel content environment
  • Interest in higher education or healthcare marketing is a plus
