Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients, the full-time Account Manager will own the full sales cycle, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Manage account pipeline and contribute to the team's sales pipeline
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities and influence product development
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
- Energetic, positive, and motivated attitude
- Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
