Job Summary

Proactively managing a diverse portfolio of over 100 local businesses, the remote Account Manager will drive client success, conduct strategic business reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 6-month contract role.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to maintain a targeted net retention rate and drive overall success
  • Lead performance reviews to demonstrate value, analyze ROI, and align solutions with client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and address potential client challenges
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager in a SaaS organization, Marketing Agency, or Tech Startup
  • Experience managing a high volume of clients, particularly small and medium businesses (SMBs)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on client success
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
