Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Account Manager will develop professional relationships, drive customer retention, and promote digital marketing services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts with a focus on revenue growth and retention while providing exceptional customer service
- Perform monthly reporting calls with clients and assess website and marketing services to ensure quality standards
- Promote and sell additional marketing and add-on website services, providing product training and consulting on best practices
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of digital marketing experience preferred
- Experience working with a CRM preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
