Job Summary
To support customer success in a fast-moving environment, the remote Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, focusing on relationship building, driving adoption, and expanding accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Own net revenue retention targets by executing expansion opportunities and managing the renewal process
- Conduct semesterly Business Reviews to present expansion proposals and monitor account health for churn risks
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a hybrid sales role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding retention, expansion, and revenue goals
- Experience managing renewals and contract negotiations
- Comfort with CRM tools and maintaining accurate pipeline data
- SaaS experience, ideally in EdTech or a mission-driven organization
