Job Summary

Acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will drive revenue, foster client relationships, and implement strategic account plans within the iGaming sector, particularly focusing on Latin American markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and business objectives
  • Track and report monthly revenue performance while serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in the iGaming sector
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the gambling industry, particularly in Latin American markets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
