Job Summary
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will drive revenue, foster client relationships, and implement strategic account plans within the iGaming sector, particularly focusing on Latin American markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Track and report monthly revenue performance while serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in the iGaming sector
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- Strong understanding of the gambling industry, particularly in Latin American markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
