Job Summary
Driving expansion revenue within a portfolio of existing SMB dental practice customers, the full-time Account Manager will proactively engage clients to identify growth opportunities, position software solutions, and achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Drive expansion revenue by upselling and cross-selling software solutions to existing SMB dental practice customers
- Proactively conduct Account Reviews to understand customer needs and business challenges
- Meet weekly KPI targets for Account Reviews, Product Demonstrations, and Closed Deals
Required qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a sales-related, customer-facing role with a proven sales quota achievement
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence desired results
- Comfortable using technology such as SFDC, Teams, and Microsoft Suite for sales activities
- Willingness to champion change management and learn new sales techniques and processes
