Job Summary

Driving expansion revenue within a portfolio of existing SMB dental practice customers, the full-time Account Manager will proactively engage clients to identify growth opportunities, position software solutions, and achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive expansion revenue by upselling and cross-selling software solutions to existing SMB dental practice customers
  • Proactively conduct Account Reviews to understand customer needs and business challenges
  • Meet weekly KPI targets for Account Reviews, Product Demonstrations, and Closed Deals
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a sales-related, customer-facing role with a proven sales quota achievement
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence desired results
  • Comfortable using technology such as SFDC, Teams, and Microsoft Suite for sales activities
  • Willingness to champion change management and learn new sales techniques and processes
