Job Summary

To enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth, the remote Account Manager will provide daily support and guidance to clients, focusing on account management, customer satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Expand revenue by upselling and cross-selling while delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline from the existing customer base
  • Educate clients on new features and drive customer feedback for product improvements
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in account management or sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Proven customer-first mindset with the ability to manage client expectations
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a plus
