Job Summary
Driving expansion growth for marketing services, the full-time remote Account Manager will foster strong relationships with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and manage the full-cycle sales process from demo to close.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business goals and challenges
- Generate opportunities and build a sales pipeline through proactive outreach to current clients
- Create and execute strategic reviews to identify growth opportunities within accounts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments
- Background in the sale of SEO, digital ads, and website services
- Experience with CRM and telephony solutions, preferably Salesforce or Salesloft
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques for upselling and cross-selling
