Job Summary
To drive strategic direction and growth for client accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will develop long-term relationship strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure high-value client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including identifying new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while aligning services with their business goals
- Participate in pitch processes and prepare proposals for clients, collaborating with the business development team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated leadership
- Strong knowledge of the digital field; familiarity with Craft CMS and/or WordPress is a plus
