Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Develop and implement prospect strategies in collaboration with Sales Management and Marketing teams
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to boost revenue growth
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client engagement roles in the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
