Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic Account Plans while regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure quality presentations and solutions for clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or equivalent roles in the IT/Tech industry
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with a focus on closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in developing long-term relationships with clients
