Job Summary
To support customer success in their digital transformation journeys, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, develop strong relationships, and drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
- Conduct regular business reviews to align Minitab solutions with customer objectives
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or SaaS sales
- Proven ability to build relationships and grow existing accounts
- Experience achieving or exceeding revenue, renewal, or account growth goals
- Familiarity with manufacturing software or quality management solutions preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience considered
