Job Summary

To support customer success in their digital transformation journeys, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, develop strong relationships, and drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align Minitab solutions with customer objectives
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or SaaS sales
  • Proven ability to build relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Experience achieving or exceeding revenue, renewal, or account growth goals
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software or quality management solutions preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience considered
