Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Account Manager will manage existing accounts remotely, focusing on client relationship management, achieving marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions, and ensuring on-time delivery while meeting revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve clients' marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery
- Expand account revenue by leveraging HALO's capabilities and managing a diverse portfolio of projects
- Onboard new clients and maintain effective communication regarding project changes and order statuses
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role
- 5+ years of sales support experience
- Knowledge of international manufacturing compliance standards and product safety testing processes
- Experience working with global manufacturers
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and ERP systems
